Within the framework and scope of the thesis "Developing a plan to mobilize scientific and technological potential to serve police work (research at the Department of Science, Technology and Environment Management, General Department IV, Ministry of Public Security)", the following basic results have been achieved:

- The theoretical basis for the topic has been analyzed and clarified.

Clarify the content of mobilizing scientific and technological potential to serve police work, and provide the legal basis, processes, procedures, and sequence in the work of developing plans to mobilize scientific and technological potential to serve police work.

- The thesis has assessed the current state of planning for mobilizing scientific and technological potential to serve police work in the past; surveyed and clarified certain results regarding the physical facilities, technical infrastructure, and innovative applications of science and technology in the police force... serving the mobilization work of the police force.

- On that basis, it pointed out a number of current shortcomings that are affecting the work of developing a plan to mobilize scientific and technological potential and proposed a number of solutions that need to be implemented in the coming time:

- Strengthen education, propaganda and dissemination to organizations, the entire police force and ministries, branches and localities.

- Complete the organization of Steering Committees on Mobilizing Science and Technology Potential to serve Public Security work, with specific and effective operating regulations.

- Continue to investigate and clarify the need to mobilize science and technology potential to serve the Public Security sector in units and localities.

- Develop a Mobilization Plan to meet the immediate and long-term tasks of the Industry.

- Develop Mobilization plans to serve complex situations, unexpected situations, and cases in different fields.

- Clarify the subjects of mobilization, methods of mobilization, funding for mobilization, responsibilities of organizations implementing mobilization and related organizations...

The research results of the thesis will contribute to supplementing and perfecting the theory of planning the mobilization of potentials to serve the work of the People's Public Security, raising the awareness of leaders at all levels and officers and soldiers about the role, position and effective contributions of the task of mobilizing scientific and technological potentials to serve the work of the Public Security. The thesis outcomes will also contribute to determining the advocacy of strengthening to develop, invest in science and technology of Ministry of Public Security in the next few years.
