Within the framework and scope of the thesis "Building a plan to mobilize scientific and technological potential to serve public security work (research at the Department of Science, Technology and Environment Management, General Department IV, Ministry of Public Security)" has achieved the following basic results:

- Analyzed and clarified the theoretical basis for the topic.

Clarifying the content of mobilizing science and technology potential to serve police work, providing legal bases, processes, procedures, and sequences in the work of developing plans to mobilize science and technology potential to serve police work.

- The thesis has assessed the current status of the work of building a plan to mobilize scientific and technological potential to serve the police work in the past time; surveyed and clarified certain results on facilities, technical infrastructure, creative applications of science and technology in the police... to serve the mobilization work of the police force.

- On that basis, it pointed out some current shortcomings that are affecting the work of developing a plan to mobilize scientific and technological potential and proposed some solutions that need to be implemented in the coming time as follows:

- Strengthen education, propaganda and dissemination to organizations, the entire police force and ministries, branches and localities.

- Strengthen the organization of Steering Committees on Mobilizing Science and Technology Potential to serve Public Security work, with specific and effective operating regulations.

- Continue to investigate and clarify the need to mobilize science and technology potential to serve the Public Security sector in units and localities.

- Develop a Mobilization Plan to meet the immediate and long-term tasks of the Industry.

- Develop Mobilization plans to serve complex situations, unexpected situations, and cases in different fields.

- Clarify the Mobilization objects, Mobilization methods, funding for Mobilization, responsibilities of organizations implementing Mobilization and related organizations...

The research results of the thesis will contribute to supplementing and perfecting the theory on the work of building a plan to mobilize potential to serve the work of the People's Public Security, raising the awareness of leaders at all levels and officers and soldiers about the role, position and effective contributions of the task of mobilizing scientific and technological potential to serve the work of the Public Security. The research results of the thesis will contribute to clarifying the policy of continuing to further promote investment in the development of science and technology in the People's Public Security in the following years, meeting the increasingly high requirements of the cause of protecting national security and social order and safety in the new situation.

The thesis outcomes will also contribute to determining the advocacy of strengthening to develop, invest in science and technology of Ministry of Public Security in the next few years.
