10. Summary of thesis results:
The research results have provided a picture of the current waste classification activities at source of the people in Chuong Duong and Nguyen Du wards. In terms of people's awareness, the research shows that the level of understanding of people with the activity of classifying household waste at source is quite high, especially with issues related to the benefits of waste classification. In addition, people's participation in social organizations will make them tend to classify waste more. At the same time, habits are also a factor promoting people's behavior of classifying waste at source.
The research results also show that there is an impact of internal control factors, personal norms and values ​​on their waste sorting behavior at source. Regarding the family control factor, the most influential aspect on the waste sorting behavior of people in Chuong Duong and Nguyen Du wards is the participation of individuals in the common work of the family. Regarding the community control factor, the waste sorting behavior of people at source is found to be less dependent on these factors because their connection with the community is not high. Waste sorting at source is mainly due to sanctions from state policies.
The study proposes solutions to improve the process of treating domestic waste in the city, requiring synchronization from the activities of classifying waste at the source by people, to the collection, transportation and treatment of classified waste at certain landfills.
11. Practical applicability: Waste classification at source helps reduce pressure on the city's waste treatment areas, so paying attention to the waste classification behavior of each household is inevitable.

In terms of people's awareness, the study shows that the level of people's understanding of domestic waste separation activities at source is quite high, especially with issues related to the benefits of waste segregation. Besides, people's participation in social organizations will make them more inclined to sort waste. At the same time, habit is also a factor that promotes the behavior of people to separate waste at source.
The research results also show that there is an impact of moral norms on their waste sorting behavior. Regarding the family control factor, the aspect that has the most influence on the garbage sorting behavior of people in Chuong Duong and Nguyen Du wards is the participation of individuals in the family's common work. With the community control factor, people's behavior of separating waste is found to be less dependent on these factors because their association with the community is not high. Mainly the segregation of waste is due to sanctions from government policies.
