10. Summary of thesis results: Anxiety symptoms were screened through several self-report tests; simultaneously, the student used Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) combined with several relaxation and mindfulness techniques to intervene and reduce anxiety symptoms in one case. Specifically:
Cognitively: the client has reduced automatic negative thoughts, replacing them with new positive thoughts.
Emotionally: clients experience reduced anxiety, feel happier, more relaxed, more confident, and have more enthusiasm for work and studies.
Regarding behavior: the client goes out more, interacts with people, exercises more, and no longer overreacts to certain situations.
In terms of functional activity: sleep is improved, the body is healthier, and there is no longer a focus on negative thoughts and excessive anxiety.
11. Practical application: After the intervention, trainees observed a reduction in anxiety symptoms. Anxiety symptoms are partly caused by family factors; therefore, family support contributes to alleviating anxiety symptoms in the clients.
