10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis focuses on building a theoretical basis for policy, clean technology, sustainable development, the relationship between technological innovation, clean technology and sustainable development and the application of clean technology in aquaculture production.
In addition, it analyzed and clarified the current status of aquaculture production in Hai Duong province, Nam Sach district, issues related to aquaculture production in the district, the application of technology in aquaculture production, listed the policy systems that have been and are being implemented in encouraging people to apply advanced technology, clean technology in aquaculture production towards sustainable development. At the same time, it pointed out the positive and negative aspects of the current aquaculture production situation and current policies for aquaculture production activities.
From the practice of applying new technology in aquaculture production in Nam Sach district and referring to some aquaculture production models, the thesis proposes policy solutions, including specific and practical policies on organization, management, human resource development, finance, information and propaganda, in order to continue implementing and overcoming the limitations of current policies on encouraging households to confidently apply clean technology in aquaculture production, minimizing negative impacts that directly affect aquaculture production activities and environmental impacts in aquaculture production towards sustainable development.
These are financial and trade policy solutions that affect aquaculture households, in order to encourage and support them to confidently invest in technological innovation and apply clean technology in aquaculture production. At the same time, prevent harmful impacts on the environment, ensure development along with minimizing environmental pollution, sustainable development in aquaculture production and economic development in Nam Sach district. Thereby, proposing recommendations to all levels and sectors to pay more attention and be more practical to development in general and the development of the aquaculture industry in particular to ensure sustainability.

The proposed policy solutions are completely feasible to encourage people to confidently apply clean technology in aquaculture production in Nam Sach district.

10. A summary of the results of the thesis:
Thesis has focused on building the theoretical foundation of policy, clean technologies, sustainable development, relationships technological innovation, clean technology for sustainable development and application of clean technologies applied in producing aquatic products.
Besides,It analyzed, clarifying the status of aquaculture production in Hai Duong province, Nam Sach district, the issues related to revival production in the district, the application technology situation in aquaculture production , lists the policy system which has been implemented to encourage people to apply advanced technology, clean technology in aquaculture production towards the sustainable development. At the same time It points out the positive aspects and limitations of current aquaculture production status and current policies for Luc production activities.
From practical experience in the application of new technologies in aquaculture production of Nam Sach district and refer to some aquaculture production model, thesis offers policy solutions, which set out the actual specific policy on organization, management and development of manpower resources, finance, information and propaganda, to continue to implement and overcome the limitations of current policies to encourage farmers to apply clean technologies in aquaculture production to minimize the negative impact directly affecting production activities and the harmful effects to aquatic production towards firm development.
These are solutions for the organization, financing, trade affecting seafood producers, to encourage and support so that they can confidently invest in technological innovation and application of clean technologies in Seafood production. At the same time prevent the harmful effects to the environment, ensure development coupled with environmental pollution reduction, sustainable development of aquaculture production economic development in Nam Sach district. Thereby recommendations to all levels and branches need more attention, more practical to develop in general and in particular the rehabilitation sector to ensure sustainable way.
