The structure of the thesis is divided into 3 chapters, and conclusions and recommendations.

Chapter 1: The thesis presents the theoretical and practical basis, the thesis presents the main concepts, moreover, the thesis also uses Sociological theories: social action theory, socialization theory, social network theory to explain the correlations and factors affecting the employment status of students after graduation.

Chapter 2: How does the thesis clearly analyze the employment situation of graduates? What are the working areas and workplaces that alumni choose? How is their ability to adapt to work?

Chapter 3: The thesis focuses on clarifying the difficulties and factors affecting the job search process of students after graduation? Factors that students need to equip themselves with in the job search process.

11. Practical application:

From the research of the thesis, we have a practical, comprehensive and overall view of the employment situation of students after graduating from Quang Ninh University of Industry. Thereby, we make recommendations to contribute and share with the school and recruitment units, hoping that both have a common voice to closely combine to create harmony and unity between supply and demand in the issue of training as well as employment, finding solutions to improve the quality of job search and labor quality of students after graduation.
