It also delves into analyzing the current state of technology policy implementation and sustainable development practices for the ceramic system in Dong Trieu Town, Quang Ninh Province. The focus is on issues such as:
- Identify the factors affecting the sustainable development of the ceramics industry in Dong Trieu town.
- Technological policies (tax policies, industrial policies, trade policies, investment policies, etc.) are enacted during the ceramic production process.
- Describe the current state of technology policy implementation in the ceramic production system in Dong Trieu Town.
Based on theoretical foundations and analysis of the current situation, this thesis proposes adjustments to technology policies to sustainably develop the ceramic production system in Dong Trieu Town in the coming time, specifically focusing on two groups of solutions:

Which focuses on issues such as:
- Identify the factors that affect the sustainable development of ceramics systems in the Dong Trieu.
- The technology policy (tax policy, industrial policy, trade policy, investment policy, ...) to be issued in the ceramic manufacturing process.
- To outline the current state of the practice of technology policy in ceramics production systems in the province of Dong Trieu Town.
