The thesis focuses on building a theoretical basis for technology policy for sustainable development of the ceramic production system, focusing on clarifying the concepts of policy, technology policy, sustainable development issues, thereby showing the relationship between technology policy and sustainable development of the ceramic production system; Deeply analyzing the current status of technology policy practice and sustainable development practices of the ceramic system in Dong Trieu Town, Quang Ninh Province. In which, focusing on issues such as:
- Point out the factors affecting the sustainable development of the ceramic system in Dong Trieu town.
- Technology policies (tax policy, industrial policy, trade policy, investment policy, etc.) are issued during the ceramic production process.
- State the current status in the implementation of technology policies in the ceramic production system in Dong Trieu Town.
Based on the theoretical foundation and analysis of the current situation, the thesis proposes technological policy adjustments to sustainably develop the ceramic production system in Dong Trieu Town in the coming time, specifically focusing on 2 groups of solutions:

-Adjusting technological policies for sustainable development of ceramic production systems.
