10. Summary of the thesis results:

- Adhering closely to the research axis of the topic and the theoretical foundations of journalism studies, the thesis has analyzed, synthesized, interpreted, and built a theoretical basis related to the research problem. This involves assessing the current state of journalism in Bac Ninh regarding the preservation and promotion of Quan Ho folk songs, and from there proposing some key solutions to help Bac Ninh journalism better fulfill its nhiệm vụ in the preservation and promotion of Quan Ho folk songs today.

- Based on the established theoretical framework, the thesis surveyed the frequency and quantity of news articles on the preservation and promotion of Quan Ho folk songs in Bac Ninh Newspaper and Bac Ninh Radio and Television. Simultaneously, a questionnaire survey was conducted with 400 people regarding the level of engagement and quality of news articles in Bac Ninh's press on the research topic. The results were then synthesized to provide a general assessment of the position and role of Bac Ninh's press in the preservation and promotion of Quan Ho folk songs.

- Based on the theoretical and practical foundations studied, this thesis assesses the successes and limitations of Bac Ninh's press in the preservation and promotion of Quan Ho folk songs; the challenges facing the press in contributing to the preservation and promotion of Quan Ho folk song values ​​(the impact of industrialization, modernization, globalization, and international integration; societal awareness of the role of the press in general, and the press in preserving and promoting traditional values, and Quan Ho folk songs; the role of the political system in promoting the role of the press in preserving and promoting Quan Ho folk songs; and the fact that press agencies and journalists have not yet fully recognized their role in the preservation and promotion of Quan Ho folk songs today).

- By following the research theme of the topic and the theoretical basis of journalism studies, the thesis has analyzed, synthesized, interpreted and constructed the theoretical basis relating to the research problem. It shows an assessment of the situation of Bac Ninh's journalism in the work of preserving and promoting Quan ho folk songs, thereby recommending some main solutions in order to help the Bac Ninh's journalism to better perform its duties in that work.

- Based on the developed theoretical issues, the thesis investigates the frequency and number of news on the work of preserving and promoting Quan ho folk songs in Bac Ninh Newspaper and Bac Ninh Television and Radio Station. At the same time, a 400-people questionnaire survey on the level of follow-up and quality of news of Bac Ninh's journalism in the field of research is launched to find out the results which aim to a general assessment of position and role of the Bac Ninh's journalism with the work of preserving and promoting Quan ho folk songs.

- Based on theoretical and practical basis, the thesis assesses the successes, limitations, and challenges of the Bac Ninh journalism in the work of preserving and promoting Quan ho folk songs (concluding impact of industrialization, modernization, globalization and international integration; awareness of society about the role of the journalism in general, the journalism in preserving and promoting Quan ho folk songs in particular, the role of the political system in promoting the media's role to fulfill its duties; inadequate awareness of the press agencies and journalists in preserving and promoting Quan Ho folk songs).

- The thesis also provides specific solutions and recommendations relating to the propaganda and raising awareness of the society and the people; the role of the political system in enhancing preservation and promotion of the Quan ho folk songs nowadays; perfecting the organizational structure of the Bac Ninh's press agencies and constantly raising the awareness, professional qualifications and professional ethics of Bac Ninh journalists as well. As a result, the journalism system in general and the Bac Ninh journalism in particular has better performed its role and mission in the activities, contributing positively to the task of preserving and promoting Quan ho folk songs at the present.
