Within the framework of Ho Chi Minh's thought, this thesis focuses on the relationship between the Party and the peasantry. Several fundamental theoretical issues of Ho Chi Minh's thought on this relationship – the foundation of the relationship, peasant mobilization work, and the issue of interests – between national revolution and agrarian revolution – will serve as the theoretical basis for evaluating the current state of the relationship between the Party and the peasantry in the revolution. From this, it proposes basic directions and solutions to address the relationship between the Party and the peasantry in the current period, in accordance with Ho Chi Minh's thought.

In the ideology of Ho Chi Minh, the thesis focuses on the relationship between the Communist party and the peasantry. Some basic theoretical issues of Ho Chi Minh ideology about the relationship between the peasantry and the Communist Party: the foundation of the relationship, mobilized farmers, benefits issues – between the national revolution and the local territorial revolution, would be the theoretical basis for assessment of the relationship between the Party and the revolutionary peasants.
