Approaching from the perspective of Development Communication theory, we can clearly see Vietnam's integration viewpoint. From there, we can clarify the dissemination of information about cooperation within the Kunming-Lao Cai-Hai Phong economic triangle on Lao Cai and Hai Phong television channels. This will demonstrate the effectiveness of this economic triangle's formation in serving development goals, not under any external pressure. It is one of the measures to develop the economy, promote industrialization and modernization, and achieve the goal of a "prosperous people, a strong nation," based on maximizing internal resources, maintaining independence and self-reliance, and adhering to the socialist orientation. Based on the above analysis, we will identify the strengths and weaknesses in the communication methods, their causes, and propose solutions to improve the dissemination of information about the Kunming-Lao Cai-Hai Phong economic triangle on local television channels.

This thesis presents a fairly comprehensive concept of development communication, its specific impacts on enhancing economic development achievements, and demonstrates that strategic communication activities play a role in improving the overall effectiveness of aid and cooperation programs by fostering political will, public sentiment, and the trust of key stakeholders to ensure success.
