Summary of the results of the thesis: Through the process of research, investigation and survey, the topic has obtained certain results: - The topic has analyzed students' evaluation of lecturers at a number of universities nationwide and at the Banking Academy. The results of the students' evaluation show the quality of the Banking Academy's teaching staff, solid in professional knowledge, increasingly youthful and enthusiastic, dedicated to their profession, performing well the duties of a teacher, the specific evaluation results are as follows: Students highly appreciate the criteria: Scoring from 1-5: Content and teaching methods of lecturers (average 4.06/5.00); Teaching materials, learning and use of teaching aids by lecturers (average 3.96/5.00); Responsibility, enthusiasm for learners and implementation of teaching time of lecturers (average 4.42/5.00); The fairness of lecturers in testing and evaluating the learning outcomes of students averaged 3.96/5.00; The capacity of lecturers in organizing, guiding and advising learning activities for students (average 4.27/5.00) and Pedagogical style of lecturers (average 4.66/5.00). In addition to the achieved results, the students' evaluation also pointed out some teaching contents of lecturers that need to be further improved and enhanced in the teaching process: Creating a lively and exciting environment for everyone, skillfully using teaching aids and tools and teaching in the direction of raising problems, stimulating critical thinking and creativity of students. - The topic pointed out the factors affecting students' evaluation of lecturers' teaching activities: There are differences according to gender; major; year of study; academic ranking; place of residence before entering university. - The research results propose some recommendations on solutions to improve the quality of teaching at the Banking Academy and improve the effectiveness of collecting students' opinions on lecturers' teaching activities. 11. Practical applicability: The topic shows that the source of information on lecturers' evaluation from students is one of the important and indispensable sources of information in the process of ensuring the quality of education at Vietnamese higher education institutions today. With that importance, the implementation of lecturer evaluation at universities in general and the Banking Academy in particular needs to be researched to improve the quality of training. The research results have provided an overview of the current situation of students' evaluation of lecturers' teaching activities. At the same time, when approaching the quality of teaching of lecturers from the perspective of students, it is necessary to pay attention to factors such as gender, major, year of study, academic ranking and place of residence before entering university of students, because these factors have a great influence on the results of lecturers' teaching evaluation. The topic also proposed 3 groups of solutions: School, lecturer, student. 12. Further research directions: Research to understand the impact of factors such as physical conditions, level of interest in the subject, lecturer characteristics, as well as interactions between factors affecting the results of lecturer evaluation. At the same time, it is necessary to have a large-scale study covering the entire Vietnamese higher education system to understand the current situation of students' evaluation of lecturers' teaching activities and find out the factors that strongly affect students' evaluation. 13. Summary of the findings of the thesis: Through the research, investigation, survey, the subject has obtained best results: - The subject has pointed out the general situation on learner's evaluation on teaching activities of current tutors in general and in Banking Academy in particular. The evaluation results have shown that tutor group in the Banking Academy owns good professional knowledge, is more youthful and enthusiastic, especially dedicated to their career and make good role of a teacher, and the evaluation results are as follows: Students have high evaluations on criteria: Lecturer's teaching contents and methods (Average: 4.06/500); Materials for teaching, learning and the use of teaching equipments (Average: 3.96/500); Responsibilities, enthusiasm for learners and tutor's teaching time (Average: 4.42/500); Lecturer's justice on checking and evaluating learner's results (Average: 4.27/500) and lecture's pedagogical behavior (Average: 4.66/500). Besides these achievements, student's evaluation also helps to point out some lecture's teaching methods needed to be changed in the teaching process: Create active and attractive environment for everyone; use proficiently teaching media and equipments and teach in the direction of raising problems, encouraging critical and creative thinking for students. - The subject also points out some factors that have direct effects on lecture's teaching activities: That there are different due to gender factor, discipline, school year, grade and residential places before enrolling the university. - The author also proposes some suggestions on the solutions on improving teaching quality in the Banking Academy and improving the efficiency in collecting student's opinions on tutor's teaching activities. 11. At the same time, when approaching lecturer's teaching quality under student's view, it is necessary to pay attention to the factors such as: gender, disciplines, school year, grade and residential places before enrolling university, because these factors have great effect on evaluating results on lecturer's teaching quality. Next research directions: In the implementation process of the research, it is possible to open continuous research directions such as research reactions on material condition factor, interest level on subjects, tutor's characteristics, as well as the interactions among factors having effects on evaluating results for tutors. At the same time, it is necessary to have extensive research and cover all the entire Vietnam university education to find out student;s current evaluation situdation on lecture's teaching activities and discover all factors having strong effects on student's evaluations. 13.
