Summary of thesis results: Through the research, investigation, and survey process, the thesis has obtained certain results: - The thesis analyzed students' evaluations of lecturers at several universities nationwide and at the Banking Academy. The student evaluation results show that the quality of the teaching staff at the Banking Academy is solid in professional knowledge, increasingly younger, enthusiastic, and dedicated to their profession, fulfilling the responsibilities of an educator well. The specific evaluation results are as follows: Students highly rated the following criteria: Scoring from 1-5: Content and teaching methods of lecturers (average 4.06/5.00); Teaching and learning materials and the use of teaching aids by lecturers (average 3.96/5.00); Responsibility, enthusiasm towards learners and adherence to teaching time by lecturers (average 4.42/5.00); The average score for lecturers in assessing student learning outcomes was 3.96/5.00; the average score for lecturers in organizing, guiding, and advising on learning activities was 4.27/5.00; and the average score for lecturers' pedagogical style was 4.66/5.00. Besides the achievements, student evaluations also pointed out several areas where lecturers need further improvement: creating a lively and engaging learning environment, skillfully using teaching aids and tools, and teaching in a problem-solving approach that stimulates critical and creative thinking in students. The study identified factors influencing students' evaluations of lecturers' teaching activities: differences based on gender; field of study; academic year; academic ranking; and place of residence before university. - The research results propose several recommendations for solutions to improve the quality of teaching at the Banking Academy and enhance the effectiveness of student feedback on lecturers' teaching activities. 11. Practical application: The study indicates that information on lecturer evaluations from students is one of the essential sources of information in the quality assurance process of education at Vietnamese higher education institutions today. Given its importance, conducting lecturer evaluations in universities in general and the Banking Academy in particular needs to be studied to improve the quality of training. The research results have provided an overview of the current state of student evaluations of lecturers' teaching activities. At the same time, when approaching the quality of lecturers' teaching from the student's perspective, attention should be paid to factors such as gender, major, year of study, academic ranking, and place of residence before entering university, as these factors greatly influence the results of lecturer evaluation. The thesis also proposed three groups of solutions: the university, lecturers, and students. 12. Further research directions: Research to understand the impact of factors such as physical facilities, level of interest in the subject, lecturer characteristics, and the interaction between these factors on lecturer evaluation results. Simultaneously, a broad-based study covering the entire Vietnamese higher education system is needed to understand the current state of student evaluation of lecturers' teaching activities and identify factors that strongly influence student evaluation. 13. The evaluation results have shown that tutor group in the Banking Academy owns good professional knowledge, is more youthful and enthusiastic, especially dedicated to their career and make good role of a teacher, and the evaluation results are as follows: Students have high evaluations on criteria: Lecturer's teaching contents and methods (Average: 4.06/500); Materials for teaching, learning and the use of teaching equipments (Average: 3.96/500); Responsibilities, enthusiasm for learners and tutor's teaching time (Average: 4.42/500); Lecturer's justice on checking and evaluating learner's results (Average: 4.27/500) and lecture's pedagogical behavior (Average: 4.66/500). Next research directions: In the implementation process of the research, it is possible to open continuous research directions such as research reactions on material condition factor, interest level on subjects, tutor's characteristics, as well as the interactions among factors having effects on evaluating results for tutors. At the same time, it is necessary to have extensive research and cover all the entire Vietnam university education to find out student;s current evaluation situdation on lecture's teaching activities and discover all factors having strong effects on student's evaluations. 13.
