Summary of Thesis Results: This thesis assessed the attitudes of people in four communes: Dai Thang, Dai An, Lien Bao, and Hop Hung in Vu Ban district, Nam Dinh province, towards the issue of clean water use. The research results show that most people have a correct understanding of clean water, understand its importance to life, and have initially developed the habit of using clean water in their daily lives. However, despite this awareness, their behavior in using clean water has not yet become a regular habit in their lives. People still believe that clean water, while essential, is not the only option because they can also use other types of water such as rainwater and well water. Therefore, the issue is that the Nam Dinh Province Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project needs measures to promote the use of clean water among people in the communes of Vu Ban district in a more practical way, such as upgrading water quality, installation mechanisms, and service fee collection. Only then will people in Vu Ban district in particular, and people in general, be able to access and use the project's clean water conveniently and regularly, thereby improving the quality of life in rural areas. 11. Practical application: The results of this thesis have the potential to be applied in the implementation of the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project in other provinces and cities nationwide, especially the communication component to raise people's awareness of clean water use and sanitation. 12. Future research directions: In the future, further research and evaluation will be conducted on a larger scale regarding the clean water usage behavior of people in 4 communes of Vu Ban district and all communes in the project area of Nam Dinh province to assess the effectiveness of the clean water supply project on people's lives. 13. The result shows that almost of people in here have awoken correctly about cleaning water and the importance of cleaning water in life, therefore they have had initial habit in daily using cleaning water. However, although they awoke like that but their behavior in using cleaning water still hasn't become a regular habit yet. They still have the psychology to think that it is necessary to use cleaning water but it isn't the only choice, because they can still use many kinds of water like: rain-water, well water,... Then the question is which is the methods for rural cleaning & cleaning water suppling project to promote people in there to use cleaning water more practically as improving the quality of water, installing mechanism, receiving service fee,...In that way, people in general and the people in Vu Ban in particular will approach and use project's cleaning water advantageously to improve the quality of rural life. 12. Practical applicability, if any: The result of this thesis can be applied to deploy rural cleaning & cleaning water suppling project in other provinces, cities in the whole country, especially have helped to popularize to raise the awareness of people about cleaning and using cleaning water. 13. Further research directions, if any: In next time, I will research and evaluate on a large scale about the behavior of using cleaning water of people in 4 communes Vu Ban district Nam Dinh province to evaluate the effect of cleaning water supply project to the people.
