Summary of the results of the thesis: The purpose of the thesis is to survey, research, and analyze the structural characteristics of the textile terminology system in both form and content. From there, some proposals are made on the construction of specialized textbooks for the textile industry. The thesis studies, surveys, the English textile terminology system and its translation into Vietnamese. In this thesis (limited to the survey materials of 568 TN), it presents some issues related to the specialized language of textiles such as analyzing the structural characteristics of English textile terminology, comparing the structural model of English textile terminology with the structural model of Vietnamese textile terminology and initially comparing the two terminology systems. Through the survey, the thesis aims to clearly understand the similarities and differences between the English and Vietnamese textile terminology systems. 11. Practical applicability: (if any) The research results in the thesis contribute to the research, development, and standardization of terminology in general and textile terminology in particular in Vietnam, making a practical contribution to the process of disseminating knowledge and the development of the Vietnamese textile industry. 12.
