The thesis has clarified the following issues:

Assessing the current status of the consulting service delivery system at the Center for Consulting, Research and Community Development.

Collect information on policies, economic, social, cultural conditions, theoretical and practical research in the actual practice of psychological counseling and provision of psychological counseling services in Vietnam today.

Document analysis and in-depth interviews, combined with expert opinion methods to learn about the needs of customers/clients using consulting services, as well as evaluate the current status of the service delivery system of the CoRE Center, thereby providing recommendations and solutions to improve the efficiency of the consulting service delivery system implemented at a non-public unit, helping the Center's consulting service model to be more effective as well as contributing to the reference document system for other units with similar models in practice.

11. Practical application:

Applied research in adjusting, perfecting and developing the consulting service delivery system at the Center for Consulting, Research and Community Development in accordance with the actual situation.

12. Further research directions:

Research on the activities of association, coordination, and cooperation for mutual development with Centers and units under the state and non-public management system effectively, in accordance with the actual situation.
