10. Summary of thesis results:

The thesis has presented a complete and systematic tourism resource system of Ninh Binh, the history of Ninh Binh tourism industry from 1995 to 2015 with comparison with the previous period. In the process of recreating the history of the industry, we have presented the policy system of the Party, the State of Vietnam, Ninh Binh province on tourism development, management, tourism planning, technical facilities for tourism, human resources, promotion activities and tourism business results in 20 years. From there, we have made assessments and comments on the advantages and limitations of the tourism industry in the province, compared with some neighboring provinces and proposed some issues that need to be implemented to develop Ninh Binh tourism in the future.

The thesis is a reference document for students who want to learn about Ninh Binh tourism and a practical basis for leaders and managers to plan appropriate tourism development policies.

Continue to study Ninh Binh tourism from the perspective of a social phenomenon.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

This thesis stated fully and scientific tourism resources and history of Ninh Binh tourism from 1995 to 2015 in comparison with the last period. In the reconstitution process history of this branch, we raised system of policies of Vietnam Communist Party and Ninh Binh province in expanding tourism, administration and project, material facilities, human recourses, promotion and advertisement activities of Ninh Binh tourism during 20 years. From these results, we released comments both achievements and concerns, compared with other provinces and put forward some solutions to develope Ninh Binh tourism in the future.

This thesis can be used as reference materials for students when they want to study about Ninh Binh tourism, it is also practical basis for administrators to form suitable policies in expanding tourism.
