10. Summary of the thesis results:

This thesis has presented a comprehensive and systematic overview of Ninh Binh's tourism resources, including the history of Ninh Binh's tourism industry from 1995 to 2015, with comparisons to the preceding period. In reconstructing the industry's history, we have outlined the policies of the Vietnamese Communist Party, the State of Vietnam, and Ninh Binh province regarding tourism development, management, tourism planning, infrastructure, human resources, promotional activities, and tourism business results over the past 20 years. From this, we have assessed the strengths and weaknesses of the province's tourism industry, compared it with some neighboring provinces, and proposed several issues that need to be addressed for the future development of Ninh Binh's tourism.

This thesis serves as a reference for students wishing to learn about tourism in Ninh Binh and provides a practical basis for leaders and managers to formulate appropriate tourism development policies.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

This thesis stated fully and scientific tourism resources and history of Ninh Binh tourism from 1995 to 2015 in comparison with the last period. In the reconstitution process history of this branch, we raised system of policies of Vietnam Communist Party and Ninh Binh province in expanding tourism, administration and project, material facilities, human recourses, promotion and advertisement activities of Ninh Binh tourism during 20 years. From these results, we released comments both achievements and concerns, compared with other provinces and put forward some solutions to develope Ninh Binh tourism in the future.

This thesis can be used as reference materials for students when they want to study about Ninh Binh tourism, it is also practical basis for administrators to form suitable policies in expanding tourism.
