Chapter 1. Theoretical basis for the organization and operation of the Reception and Result Delivery Department under the one-stop, one-stop mechanism. In this chapter, the author also presents some concepts about the office, administrative reform, one-stop mechanism, the Reception and Result Delivery Department... At the same time, summarizes the State's regulations on the organization and operation of the Reception and Result Delivery Department.
Chapter 2. The author delves into the current situation of organization, operation and management of the Reception and Results Department, analyzes and finds out the causes of limitations in the management of the Reception and Results Department according to the one-stop and one-stop mechanism at the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of Van Giang district, Hung Yen province.
Chapter 3. The author proposes necessary contents for the Reception and Results Department to operate more and more effectively, overcoming the limitations of the Reception and Results Department at the district level in general and Van Giang district in particular.
