Chapter 1. Theoretical basis for the organization and operation of the One-Stop Shop and Integrated One-Stop Shop service. In this chapter, the author also presents some concepts about offices, administrative reform, the one-stop shop mechanism, the One-Stop Shop service, etc. Simultaneously, it provides an overview of the State's regulations on the organization and operation of the One-Stop Shop service.
Chapter 2. The author delves into the current state of organization, operation, and management of the Reception and Results Delivery Department, analyzing and identifying the causes of limitations in the management of the Reception and Results Delivery Department under the one-stop and integrated one-stop mechanisms at the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of Van Giang District, Hung Yen Province.
Chapter 3. The author proposes necessary measures to improve the efficiency of the reception and results delivery department, overcoming the limitations of the reception and results delivery department at the district level in general and Van Giang district in particular.
