The thesis has clarified the following issues:

Assessing the current state of the counseling service delivery system at the Center for Community Counseling, Research and Development.

Gather information on policies, economic, social, and cultural conditions, theoretical and practical research on current psychological counseling activities and services in Vietnam.

This study combines document analysis and in-depth interviews with expert opinion methods to understand the needs of clients using counseling services, as well as to assess the current operational status of the CoRE Center's service delivery system. Based on this, it proposes suggestions and solutions to improve the effectiveness of the counseling service delivery system at a non-governmental organization, making the Center's counseling service model more efficient and contributing to a reference document for other organizations with similar models in practice.

11. Practical applications:

This research is applied to adjusting, improving, and developing the counseling service delivery system at the Center for Community Counseling, Research, and Development to suit the actual situation.

12. Future research directions:

Research on effective and appropriate collaboration, coordination, and joint development with centers and units under the state and non-state management systems, tailored to the actual situation.

Analyzing documents and taking in-depth interviews as well as expert advice to understand the needs of clients and evaluate the current Cousenling services system at CoRE.. Therefrom, Proposing solutions to improve and enhance the quality of Counseling services at CoRE as well as other organizations in the private sector.
