Chapter 1.Overview of quality management systems and the ISO 9000 series of standards

This chapter introduces some basic concepts, laying the foundation for understanding the ISO standards, their operating principles, and the role of ISO application. It serves as the basis for researching, comparing, and accurately evaluating the current state of ISO 9001:2015 application in office work at the Institute of Environmental Technology.

Chapter 2. Current status of applying ISO 9001:2015 standards in office work at the Institute of Environmental Technology

This study examines the legal framework, human resources, and support tools involved in applying ISO standards to office operations at the Institute of Environmental Technology. It investigates the process of establishing and the current status of ISO 9001:2015 application in the Institute's office operations. Based on this, it provides an assessment of the Institute's ISO activities.

Chapter 3. Necessary solutions to improve the quality of applying ISO 9001:2015 standards in office work at the Institute of Environmental Technology.

The proposal includes three groups of management solutions: solutions to enhance the responsibility of the Leadership Board in disseminating, guiding, promoting, and training knowledge on ISO practices; solutions to revise and improve processes that are deemed incomplete during implementation, and to add more processes for office work; and solutions for operational management in ISO.

The research findings of this thesis serve as a useful reference document, assisting agencies and units, especially state agencies, in applying the Quality Management System according to TCVN ISO 9001:2015 standards in their office work.
