10. Our research results also reflect the current state of social work for autistic children at the Quang Ninh Provincial Social Work Center in particular and in Quang Ninh province in general. Based on this, we have also proposed some recommendations to help improve the effectiveness of social work for autistic children in Quang Ninh.

11. Individualized social work therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) facilitates client sharing of information about their problems; encourages client participation in the intervention process and plan implementation. One-on-one intervention between the social worker and the ASD reduces hyperactivity, improves sensory and communication skills, reduces attention deficit, and improves age-appropriate development. This will support children and many other young families in implementing this effective therapy. With this approach, the set goals have been achieved to a certain extent. In addition, we have proposed some recommendations to help improve the effectiveness of social work for ASD in Quang Ninh province.

12. Currently, methods and measures to intervene and support autistic children have received little attention. Therefore, applying individual social work intervention and support methods for autistic children through this one-on-one approach is a new approach at the Social Work Center where we are conducting research. With this approach, the initial results have been quite successful, and the set goals have been achieved to a certain extent. We would like to propose a model of individual social work with the role of social workers in the Center in intervening and supporting autistic children in a more practical and effective way.
