This study provides an overview of some theoretical and practical issues regarding individual social work in supporting vocational training for people with disabilities both domestically and internationally. It assesses the current state of vocational training, support activities for people with disabilities in vocational training, and factors influencing this support at the Bac Ninh Provincial Center for the Care of War Veterans and Social Protection. It applies the individual social work model to supporting vocational training for people with disabilities at the Bac Ninh Provincial Center for the Care of War Veterans and Social Protection. From this, conclusions and recommendations are drawn for supporting vocational training for people with disabilities.
