10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis clearly shows the current situation of labor and employment of young human resources as well as the use of social capital in developing young human resources in Dai Kim ward. The research results show that social capital has not been used regularly. Social capital plays a positive role in recruitment and promotion. On the other hand, social capital becomes negative when it creates inequality in recruitment, learning and promotion opportunities. The thesis proposes solutions to promote the positive aspects and limit the negative aspects of social capital in developing young human resources.

Summary of the findings of the thesis: Thesis indicates the status of employment of young human resources as well as the use of social capital in the development of young human resources in Dai Kim Ward. The study results show that social capital is not used frequently. Social capital has a positive role in recruitment and promotion. On the other hand, social capital becomes negative when creating inequality in employment opportunities, education, promotion. Thesis offers solutions to promote the positive side and limit the negative side of social capital in the development of young human resources.
