10. Summary of the thesis results:

The purpose of the thesis "Assessing Tourist Satisfaction with Cultural Tourism in Bac Lieu Province" is to evaluate the level of satisfaction, identify factors influencing tourist satisfaction with cultural tourism, and propose solutions to improve tourist satisfaction so that Bac Lieu province can continuously attract tourists and stimulate the development of the tourism industry. The results of the thesis consist of three main parts:

Firstly, the project aims to develop a model for assessing tourist satisfaction with cultural tourism in Bac Lieu province. Secondly, it will evaluate the conditions for developing cultural tourism to gain an overall understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of Bac Lieu province's cultural tourism sector.

Secondly, the study assessed the level of tourist satisfaction. Furthermore, it identified the factors influencing tourist satisfaction with cultural tourism in Bac Lieu province based on interviews with 200 tourists visiting Bac Lieu.

Thirdly, through the factors influencing tourist satisfaction with cultural tourism in Bac Lieu province, the author has proposed several solutions and recommendations to help improve tourist satisfaction and promote the strong development of tourism in Bac Lieu province in the future.

11. Practical applications:

In particular, the research results provide local authorities, state tourism management agencies, tourism businesses, tourism industry workers, and local people with information on the current state of the factors constituting satisfaction with cultural tourism, and tourists' expectations regarding these factors in the research area, in order to make investments and improvements to enhance tourist satisfaction with tourism in Bac Lieu province.

12. Future research directions:

Firstly, select different research sites with a large survey sample size to find out tourists' satisfaction with cultural tourism in other localities. Secondly, expand the scope of tourists to include different types of tourism to examine the level of satisfaction of tourists with each type of tourism in Bac Lieu province and other provinces and cities. Thirdly, expand the research further to delve deeper into the relationship between satisfaction and tourists' return visits and recommendations.

The purpose of the theme "Assessment of satisfaction of tourists' on cultural tours in Bac Lieu province" is to assess the satisfaction, determine the factors affecting the satisfaction of tourists so as to raise their satisfaction, allowing Bac Lieu province to attract more tourists, encourage the development of the tourism industry. The result of the theme consists of 3 main parts as follows:

First, to formulate the model for assessing tourists' satisfaction on cultural tourism in Bac Lieu province. In addition, the assessment of the conditions for cultural tourism development to have an overview of the strengths and weaknesses of cultural tourism in Bac Lieu province.

Second, to grade the satisfaction of tourists; Moreover, to define the factors relying on the satisfaction on cultural tourism in Bac Lieu province on the basis of interviewing 200 tourists visiting Bac Lieu

Third, through the factors affecting the tourist satisfaction on cultural tourism in Bac Lieu province, the author has proposed a number of solutions and recommendations to help improve the satisfaction of tourists and promote tourism in Bac Lieu province in the future.

11. Applicability in practice:

Particularly, the research results have provided local authorities, state authorities in tourism, tour operators, tourism workers and local people with the factors constituting the satisfaction of cultural tourists, the expectations of visitors to these factors in the study area for further investment and improvement in order to improve tourists' satisfaction regarding tourism in Bac Lieu Province.

12. Next research directions:

At first, to select other research sites of larger sample size so as to find out the satisfaction of tourists on cultural tourism in other localities. Second, to expand the range of tourists to different types of tourism to grade tourists' satisfaction in various types of tourism in Bac Lieu province and other provinces. Third, further exploration of the link between tourists' satisfaction and the return and the introduction of tourists.
