Through this, it assesses the achievements and limitations in the control process, which forms the basis for the author's presentation of information control measures discussed in Chapter 3.

Chapter 3. Proposed measures for controlling written information at the Hanoi City Federation of Labor.

This is also the main objective of the thesis. This chapter focuses on presenting measures for controlling information in both paper and electronic documents; and also addresses the organization and implementation of information control measures at the Hanoi City Federation of Labor.
