This thesis clarifies the theoretical and practical issues of producing live radio programs, based on the media management criteria of live radio programs, and points out the advantages and limitations of current live radio programs. Through this, it highlights the role of production management in the development trend of modern radio. At the same time, the thesis proposes several solutions to make live radio programs more attractive and engaging for listeners.

Through specific surveys and analyses, the research results of this thesis serve as a reference for radio program producers at the Voice of Vietnam and Hanoi Radio and Television Station, journalism students, and anyone interested in media management in live radio broadcasting.

On the basis of media management criteria of live broadcast programs, the Thesis works out to clarify the theoretical and practical issues of the production, as well as points out the pros and cons of current live broadcast programs, therefore emphasizing the prominent role of production management of live broadcast programs in the present trend of broadcast development. Simultaneously, some solutions for more attractive live broadcast programs shall also be proposed.

Through researches and analyses, the thesis's results shall act as a reference material source for the program producer of live broadcast programs at The Voice of Vietnam and Hanoi Radio and Television Broadcasting, journalism students and those who are interested in Media Management of live broadcasts.
