With the goal of finding solutions to develop corporate culture to promote production and business activities for enterprises in general and ACC - Thang Long Joint Stock Company in particular, the thesis focuses on some basic contents as follows:
Systematize the core theories of corporate culture development and the influence of corporate culture on production and business activities.
Analyze the current status of corporate culture development and the impact of corporate culture on production and business at ACC - Thang Long Joint Stock Company. From general theories to application and comparison in the current status of corporate culture development at the Company. From there, draw out the strengths that need to be promoted, the existing weaknesses, and their causes.
Based on the theoretical system and practical development of corporate culture, the thesis has proposed solutions to develop corporate culture to promote production and business activities of enterprises in general and ACC - Thang Long Joint Stock Company in particular.

Based on the survey and research on the basic issues of corporate culture development and the impact of corporate culture on production and business activities, enterprises in general and ACC - Thang Long Joint Stock Company in particular can apply appropriately to their own organizations to promote production and business activities, contributing to business development.
