With the aim of finding solutions to develop corporate culture to promote production and business activities for enterprises in general and ACC – Thang Long Joint Stock Company in particular, this thesis has focused on the following basic contents:

Systematizing the key theories of corporate culture development and the influence of corporate culture on production and business operations.

This study analyzes the current state of corporate culture development and its impact on production and business operations at ACC – Thăng Long Joint Stock Company. It examines general theories and applies them to the company's current corporate culture development, identifying strengths to be promoted, weaknesses to be addressed, and their causes.

Based on the theoretical framework and practical development of corporate culture, this thesis proposes solutions for developing corporate culture to promote the production and business activities of enterprises in general and ACC – Thăng Long Joint Stock Company in particular.

11. Practical applications:

Based on surveys and research into the fundamental issues of corporate culture development and the impact of corporate culture on production and business activities, enterprises in general and ACC – Thang Long Joint Stock Company in particular can appropriately apply these principles to their own organizations to promote production and business activities and contribute to enterprise development.
