10. Summary of thesis results:

The ethnic question is a strategically significant aspect of the socialist revolution, and in the current period, it is one of the most pressing practical issues. After more than 30 years of reform initiated and led by the Communist Party of Vietnam, ethnic minority regions in our country have seen many positive changes in all areas of social life. However, the implementation of equality among ethnic groups still faces certain limitations, such as: disparities in development levels between ethnic groups and ethnic regions, especially between ethnic minorities and the majority ethnic group (Kinh), between mountainous and lowland areas, and between high and lowlands; and the difficult living conditions of ethnic minority communities. Therefore, in the current period, effectively implementing the policy of ethnic equality and gradually overcoming the aforementioned limitations is of paramount importance. Studying and clarifying the ideological content of VI Lenin on the issue of national equality is one of the important theoretical foundations for formulating the guidelines, policies, and strategies of the Party and the State to correctly address the issue of ethnicity and national equality in our country today.
