10. Summary of the thesis results:

With the goal of using the Organizational Culture Assessment Toolkit (OCAI) to identify and evaluate the suitability of the current and desired cultural models in line with the business orientation of Viet Towel Co., Ltd., and to propose solutions for building, developing, and maintaining corporate culture within the company, this thesis has focused on several basic contents such as:

- Systematizing the theoretical basis of corporate culture, some qualitative and quantitative research methods on corporate culture, and the theoretical basis of the Organizational Culture Assessment Toolkit (OCAI).

- Combining research methods to conduct a survey on the corporate culture of Viet Towel Co., Ltd.

- Utilize the Organizational Culture Assessment Toolkit (OCAI) to measure the current and desired cultural factors of KHAVICO employees, and assess the alignment of the corporate culture with the company's business strategy.

- Propose solutions to raise awareness and develop behavioral competencies among employees regarding corporate culture, contributing to the building and development of corporate culture in line with the company's business strategy.

This thesis synthesizes and generalizes the basic issues related to corporate culture and corporate culture models. The results of this thesis contribute to providing Viet Towel Co., Ltd. with a preliminary corporate culture profile and an overview of its current and desired future corporate culture, along with assessments of the suitability of the corporate culture to the company's business orientation and solutions for building and developing corporate culture within the enterprise.

11. Practical applications:

Based on surveys and research into fundamental issues related to corporate culture and methods of corporate culture research, this study applies the findings to practical applications to help Viet Towel Co., Ltd. identify, evaluate, and build a corporate culture that aligns with the company's business strategy.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

The aim of this thesis was to describe the dominant culture type for Viet Towel Company Limited through the use of the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI). The analysis was for the purpose of describing and exploring the Viet Towel Company organizational culture for assessing current and preferred organizational culture to provide solutions to build, develop and maintain organizational culture, the thesis has focused on some basic content such as:

- System the general basis of organizational culture, some methods of qualitative and quantitative corporate culture studies, theoretical foundation of Organizational Culture Assessment Tool (OCAI)

- Incorporation of research methods to carry out survey on organizational culture of Viet Towel Company Limited

- Use the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) to measure the current cultural and desirable cultural factors at Khan Viet Co., Ltd. Assess the suitability of corporate culture with business strategy.

- Proposed measures to raise awareness and form the behavioral capacity of employees in corporate culture to contribute to building and developing corporate culture to suit with business strategy

The thesis has summarized, generalizing the basic issues related to corporate culture, corporate culture model. The result of this thesis contributes to Khan Viet Co., Ltd's business profile and provides an overview of current corporate culture, business culture in the future, price of the suitability of corporate culture with the company's business mentality and solutions to build and develop corporate culture in the enterprise.

On the basis of surveying and studying the basic issues related to corporate culture, methods of studying corporate culture. From that practical application to help Khan Viet Co., Ltd. identify, evaluate and build corporate culture in accordance with the business strategy of the company.
