On the basis of systematizing theoretical issues related to the topic, the thesis surveys the current situation, clarifies theoretical issues in foreign information work, foreign defense information, and points out the requirements for foreign defense information work. In addition, the thesis has analyzed and evaluated the advantages, limitations and causes in foreign defense information work, and at the same time pointed out the issues arising from the current situation; determined the direction and proposed solutions to enhance the effectiveness of foreign defense information on the People's Army Newspaper after the period of 2020 - 2021..
