Introduce the policies of Vietnam and Japan on sending and receiving trainees in the period 2010 - 2020, point out the changes and improvements arising from the requirements of the actual situation, especially the changes in policy in the period from 2016-2020. Study and analyze the current situation of Vietnamese trainees in Japan over the years, reflect typical cases in each field of social security issues, highlight the current situation. On this basis, propose recommendations and solutions to solve this situation.
