Based on theoretical research and the current ethical status in the psychological support relationship of practicing psychologists in Hanoi, the topic studies the manifestations of ethics in the psychological support relationship such as the awareness and ethical behavior of practicing psychologists in the psychological support relationship, the impact of subjective and objective ethical factors in the psychological support relationship of practicing psychologists. In which, in addition to the cognitive factor, factors of training, professional supervision and some factors originating from the professional status such as: the lack of a standard code of ethics for the psychology industry in Vietnam also have a significant impact on ethics in the psychological support relationship of practicing psychologists. At the same time, propose measures to form and promote to raise awareness of ethics in the psychological support relationship and contribute to reducing violations in Hanoi.
11. Practical application:
The research results of the thesis are a useful reference for training institutions, psychological practice in general and practicing psychologists in particular to propose appropriate solutions to improve the quality of training and psychological services in terms of ethics in the relationship of psychological assistance.

If we have the conditions and time, we will study more deeply the impact of ethics in the relationship of psychological support to the success of consulting and therapy activities.

On the basis of theoretical research and the ethics of psychological support of community psychologists in Hanoi city in reality, this research works on the expressive aspects of ethics of psychological support such as ethical awareness and behavior of community psychologists, the impact of the subjective and objective elements on ethics of psychological support of community psychologists. In which, aside from own awareness; professional training, supervision and other actual job situations: Code of Ethics for applied psychology in Vietnam are not available are a powerful impact factors on ethics of psychology support of community psychologists. At the same time, this thesis also gives measures of forming, pushing to improve ethical awareness in psychological support of community psychologists and to reduce ethical violations in Hanoi city.
