10. Summary of the thesis results:
India's "Look East Policy" marked a significant milestone in the history of relations between India and ASEAN. Beginning in 1992, India shifted its focus to the Asia-Pacific region, with ASEAN being a key organization highly valued by India in building bilateral relations for mutual development. 2009 marked the beginning of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's second term, continuing the "Look East Policy" of former Prime Minister Narasimha Rao. By 2014, when Prime Minister Narendra Modi came to power, significant changes in foreign policy were implemented, shifting from the "Look East Policy" to "Act East." This transition between the two presidents and the subsequent shifts in foreign policy further solidified the relationship.
The thesis also reviews important historical milestones in bilateral relations and the great achievements that both sides have made in the political and security-defense fields through a series of visits by Indian leaders and other countries, governments and ministries in the ASEAN bloc, along with important documents signed between the two sides in these two areas.
The thesis also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages and forecasts the prospects of this relationship until 2030, and proposes several solutions to strengthen India-ASEAN relations in the aforementioned areas.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
