10. Summary of the thesis results:

The research results on employee organizational commitment in joint ventures show that: Employee organizational commitment in joint ventures is at an average level, with emotional commitment being the strongest and responsibility commitment the weakest; The study also indicates that most factors from the enterprise side influence employee organizational commitment in joint ventures, with the work environment having the strongest influence; At the same time, employee organizational commitment in joint ventures also significantly impacts employee work performance and intention to change jobs. Finally, the study also offers some recommendations to improve employee organizational commitment in joint ventures today.

The research findings of this thesis serve as a useful reference for joint venture businesses in planning to enhance employee engagement with the organization.

If we have the resources and time, we will further research the topic of engagement in other business forms and regions.

Research results “Commitment with Organization of the workers in business venture” : Commitment with Organization of the workers is average, which affective commitment is the most powerful, standardized commitment is the lowest. The research also highlights the majority of elements from the business side affecting commitment to the organization of the workers in business venture, in which the working environment is the most influential. At the same time, commitment with organization of the workers is also quite a lot of impact on work efficiency and intend to change jobs of workers. Finally, research provides some recommendations to enhance commitment with organization of the workers in business venture.

The research results of the thesis is a useful reference for venture business base in advanced planning associated with the organization of workers.
