10. Summary of the thesis results:
The research results show that the majority of elderly people in Truong Giang commune, Nong Cong district, Thanh Hoa province have a positive perception of the importance of mental health self-care, and their mental health self-care behaviors focus on activities related to work and physical self-care rather than behaviors focused on emotions and social relationships. Simultaneously, the results also indicate factors influencing mental health self-care among the elderly, including: the level of anxiety; the level of physical health; and the optimism about life.
11. Practical applications:
The research findings of this thesis serve as a useful reference for social organizations and the elderly themselves in further improving the quality of life of the elderly in general and their mental health in particular.
12. Future research directions:
If conditions and time permit, we will conduct further research on the broader topic of mental health among older adults, with greater regional diversity and an increased number of research subjects.

10. Summary of the thesis's findings:
Research results show that the majority of elderly people with positive perceptions about what it means to take care of mental health and self-care behaviors mental health of elderly people in the commune, Truong Giang, Nong Cong district, Thanh Hoa province to focus on behaviors related to self-employment and group physical health care, rather than focusing on behavior and feelings of social contacts. At the same time, the results also indicate the factors affecting self-care for the mental health of older people including the following factors: The level of anxiety of the elderly; The degree of physical health of the elderly and optimism about the lives of the elderly.

Research results of the thesis is a useful reference for institutions and social organizations and the elderly in further improving the quality of life of the elderly in general and mental health god of elderly people in particular.
