10. Summary of thesis results:
The research results show that: the majority of the elderly have positive perceptions of the meaning of TCCSSKTT and the mental health self-care behaviors of the elderly in Truong Giang commune, Nong Cong district, Thanh Hoa province focus on behaviors related to work groups and physical health self-care rather than behaviors focused on emotions and social connections. At the same time, the results also indicate factors affecting TCCSSKTT of the elderly including the following factors: Level of anxiety of the elderly; Level of physical health of the elderly and Optimism about life of the elderly.
11. Practical application:
The research results of the thesis are a useful reference for social organizations and the elderly themselves in further improving the quality of life of the elderly in general and the mental health of the elderly in particular.

If we have the conditions and time, we will research a broader topic on the mental health of the elderly with regional diversity and an increase in the number of research subjects.

Research results show that the majority of elderly people with positive perceptions about what it means to take care of mental health and self-care behaviors mental health of elderly people in the commune, Truong Giang, Nong Cong district, Thanh Hoa province to focus on behaviors related to self-employment and group physical health care, rather than focusing on behavior and feelings of social contacts.
