10. Summary of the thesis results:

Based on theoretical research and the current situation of career value orientation among high school students in Hanoi, this research aims to provide additional knowledge about the values ​​and career value orientation of high school students in Hanoi in their career choices and to propose some measures to help high school students improve their awareness and develop correct attitudes, in accordance with their abilities, interests, and aspirations, to learn about careers and career values, thereby making correct choices for themselves.

We investigated the factors influencing students' career orientation and choices. The results showed that mass media, career guidance, teachers, friends, and family all influence career choices and career values.

11. Practical applications:

The research findings of this thesis serve as a useful reference for training institutions, researchers, educational administrators, lecturers, parents, and students in career guidance. It also offers appropriate solutions to enhance high school students' awareness of their chosen profession and its value.

12. Future research directions:

If conditions and time permit, we will further research the topic by considering the impact of cultural characteristics, personality, abilities, living area, and ethnicity of students from different regions on career value orientation. This includes professional standards, work environment, characteristics of professions in modern society, and the demands of professions on workers.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

Based on theoretical research and situation of career value orientation of secondary school students in Hanoi, our work aims to add some knowledge about career value as well as career value orientation of secondary school students in Hanoi for their career plan and also proposes some measures in order to enable them to raise their awareness as well as have proper attitude, matching their capacity, raising their excitement and desire to learn more about their future career and its value, accordingly promoting proper orientation for their future career.

We have studied which factors affect career orientation and chose of those students. And our study shows they are media, orientation work, teachers, friends and families.

The findings in our work are great reference for educational establishments, researchers, educational managers, teachers, parents and also students in their career orientation work. They are also a great source of appropriate measures to raise awareness of the secondary school students of their desired career and its value.

If permitted by conditions and time, we will make a deeper research taking into consideration of impact of culture, characteristics, capacity, living environment, ethnic group of those students, career standards, working environment, career features in modern society and requirements for the employee on the career value orientation of the students
