10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis delves into the reality of prejudice among lecturers and students towards ethnic minority students studying at several universities in Hanoi, focusing on three aspects: perception, attitude, and action.
Through questionnaire surveys and mathematical statistical methods, we found that the majority of lecturers and students have negative views on ethnic prejudices and exhibit positive attitudes and behaviors towards ethnic minority students. The level of prejudice expressed by both students and lecturers is low.
Most respondents disagreed with common stereotypes about ethnic minority students. At the same time, both teachers and students displayed positive attitudes and behaviors towards ethnic minority students.
11. Practical applications
The research findings of this thesis can serve as a useful reference for training institutions, as well as lecturers and students working and studying in educational institutions with ethnic minority students. The research topic will also contribute to reducing prejudice among lecturers and students towards ethnic minority students studying in Hanoi.
12. Future research directions
If conditions and time permit, we will conduct further research and experimental studies to verify the prejudices of lecturers and students towards ethnic minority students studying at several universities in Hanoi.

10. The summary of the thesis
The thesis offers a deeper insight into whether a number of lecturers and students show a bias against ones who are from minority ethnic groups and attending universities and colleges in Ha Noi city in three main aspects, namely awareness, attitude and actions.
According to the method of asking different opinions and mathemetics statistics, we figured out that most of lecturers and students tend to have a reasonable opinions about cutural biases, showing relatively positive attitudes and behaviors towards students from minority ethnic groups.
The majority of surveyed people including students and teachers have the same views about this kind of bias.
11. Factual possibilities of the thesis.
The result of the thesis could be useful reference documents for educational institutions, teachers and students who are experiencing in any multi-cultural environments. Moreover, the thesis could partly contribute to limit cultural biases among different individuals.
12. Future plans.
If we have time, we definitely investigate further and evaluate in reality in order to check how many cultural bilecturers and students show cultural bias against individuals from minority ethnics groups.
