- Clarifying the rituals and ceremonies of house building as well as the customs and practices of living in the house of the three ethnic groups Jarai, Churu and Ede, thereby contributing to clarifying the cultural identity of ethnic groups related to their place of residence.
- Indirectly contribute to creating positive impacts on people's awareness in preserving and protecting good customs and practices and eliminating backward customs related to house building and living in their homes. At the same time, we hope to influence policy makers to have more practical and timely measures in preserving and protecting ethnic cultural identity.

This research can be used in teaching and contribute to preserving Vietnam's cultural diversity.

- Thesis has clarified the ceremonies, the rituals, customs and habits of building houses and indoor living activities of three ethnic groups: Jarai, Churu and Ede, and then clarified the relationship between the ethnic identities and their living environments.
- The thesis has contributed to create positive impacts to perception of good customs and habits preserving and eliminating depraved and harmful customs in building house and indoor living activities.
