(Summarize the results of the thesis, emphasizing any new findings.)
Bien Hoa Airport is the area with the heaviest dioxin contamination among dioxin hotspots in Vietnam. Dioxin will continue to pollute the environment and endanger the health of the local population.
People are aware that their living areas are contaminated with dioxin, but the level of understanding is inconsistent. Through an assessment of knowledge regarding the presence of dioxin in the environment and the pathways by which it enters the human body, we found that the number of people with a deep understanding of the effects of dioxin is very limited. This has directly impacted people's behavior and health protection practices.
There is no discrimination in daily life against victims and their families of Agent Orange, however, there is underlying stigma in the community when it comes to decisions related to marriage and family due to the hereditary effects of dioxin.
Public opinion regarding the lives of Agent Orange victims reveals that the victims and their families constantly face numerous difficulties. They struggle with life while also bearing heavy psychological burdens about their lineage and the future of their children.
Through communication activities, the awareness of Bien Hoa city residents regarding the issue of dioxin has been significantly raised. However, for public opinion to effectively play its control and educational functions in preventing dioxin exposure, communication activities providing detailed information about exposure routes, prevention methods, and consequences of dioxin are needed to minimize and prevent new exposures in the community.

Through the evaluation of knowledge about the existence of dioxin in the environment and the way dioxin penetrates into the human body, we see that the number of people who deeply understand the effects of dioxin are very limited.
