The thesis surveys and analyzes the content and form of journalistic works considered "online journalism disasters" in the reporting of culture and art on three major online news sites in Vietnam: Vnexpress.net, Dantri.com.vn, and Vietnamnet.vn, from January 2011 to December 2012.

From there, the thesis draws lessons on how to handle "online news disasters" in a cultured and uncultured manner, and proposes a model for managing online news in Vietnam.

The thesis examines and analyzes the form and content of “online newspaper disaster” articles in three biggest Vietnam online newspapers such as Vnexpress.net, Dantri.com.vn, Vietnamnet.vn from January, 2011 to December, 2012.

Therefore, the thesis draws on experience of cultured and uncultured behavior and gives recommendations of management model of Vietnam online newspaper.
