The thesis surveys and analyzes the content and form of press works considered "online newspaper disasters" in information on culture and art on 3 major online newspapers in Vietnam: Vnexpress.net, Dantri.com.vn, Vietnamnet.vn from January 2011 to December 2012.
From there, the thesis draws experiences in civilized and uncivilized behavior with "online newspaper disasters" and proposes a model for managing Vietnamese online newspapers.
