- The thesis has described the level of satisfaction with the economic life of urban residents today through measuring the level of self-assessment of satisfaction with career, job, income, spending and living standards of urban residents today.

- In addition, the thesis also researched, identified and analyzed the factors: Gender, age, occupation and education level, how they are related, influenced and impacted on the assessment of the level of satisfaction with the economic life of urban residents today. It is concluded that the factors of Gender, age, occupation and education level play an important role in assessing the level of satisfaction with career, employment, income and spending.... In which, the factors of gender and education level have a strong impact on the level of satisfaction with the economic life of urban residents today.

- From assessing income trends and assessing the living standards of families, the thesis also analyzes trends and levels of satisfaction with the economic life of urban Hanoi residents in the coming time.

11. Practical applicability: Grasping and correctly assessing the level of satisfaction with the economic life of Hanoi's urban residents today contributes significantly to the construction of indicators and indices measuring the happiness level of individuals and families. In order to maintain the positive level of satisfaction of Hanoi's urban residents with their current family economic life, our Party and State, especially Hanoi City, need to have policies to manage and develop the socio-economy in accordance with the needs and expectations of the people, especially paying special attention to family economic development. This contributes significantly to building stable families and developing according to the strategic goal of building a prosperous and happy family.

In order to maintain the positive level of satisfaction with household economic condition of Ha Noi residents, Party and State, particularly Ha Noi city should develop a management policy and a socio-economic plan that fits to people's needs and expectations on household economic development. This contributes significantly to build up stable and families in accordance with strategic objective aminoing at prosperous and happy families.
