11. Summary of the thesis results:

Firstly, this thesis contributes to clarifying theoretical issues regarding the construction and management of archival document databases and the necessity of building and managing such databases at the Head Office of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank.

Secondly, to survey and assess the current situation, clarify the process and methods of building and managing the archival document database at the headquarters of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank.

Thirdly, this section introduces the database structure and the necessary conditions and roadmap for building and managing an archival document database in the future at the headquarters of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank.

12. Practical applications:

This thesis presents the process and methods for building a database of archival documents at the Head Office of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank based on the results of practical research conducted there. Therefore, the results of this thesis serve as a foundation for the Head Office of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank to improve its archiving work and implement the construction and management of an archival document database.

Firstly, the thesis will not only contribute to clarify the general theory about building and managing documents database, but also the importance of this activity at Head Office of Military Bank of Viet Nam (MBBank).

Secondly, investigating and analysing the current work as well as to clear  the process and methods of building and managing documents database at MBBank.

And the last, introducing the structure of documents database and necessary conditions in order to build and manage documents database, archives at MBBank.
