The thesis consists of 3 chapters with the following basic contents:

Chapter 1: Theoretical Foundations of Office Management and Advisory Activities in Document Management and Archiving

Chapter I presents and clarifies the concepts used in the thesis, such as the concepts of "office," "advisory activities," and "document management and archiving." It also outlines the advisory role in document management and archiving.

Chapter 2: Current Status of the Ministry Office's Advisory Work on Document Management and Archiving at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development

This chapter delves into the current state of advisory activities of the Ministry's Office regarding document management and archiving within the Ministry, including: the current state of advising on State management, professional management, and the implementation of professional tasks related to document management and archiving under the responsibility of the Ministry's Office.

Chapter 3: Advisory Solutions from the Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on Document Management and Archiving

Based on the practical experience of organizing and managing document and archive work at the Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the author proposes several immediate and long-term solutions to contribute to improving the advisory activities of the Ministry's Office on document and archive work, meeting the requirements of the Ministry's leadership in the current new period.

11. Practical applications:

- The research findings of this thesis serve as a useful reference, providing ministerial-level offices with an overview of their advisory activities regarding document management and archiving.

- Assess the current state of implementation of state policies and specific documents on document management and archiving at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and from there:

+ Identify the advantages and limitations of the advisory activities of the Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development regarding document management and archiving within the agency.

+ Propose several immediate and long-term solutions to advise on document management and archiving at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, under the responsibility of the Ministry's Office, to meet the development requirements in the new phase.

- Furthermore, if the objectives of this thesis are implemented within the Ministry, it will have an impact not only on saving time and costs for related activities, but more importantly, it will make officials and civil servants more aware of important files and documents when performing their duties, enabling them to manage them appropriately and submit them according to regulations. This will promote the development of management activities, contributing to the overall development of the Agriculture and Rural Development sector and society as a whole.

This Master's Thesis consists of 3chapters with the main details as follows:

Chapter 1: Main tasks in the Office and advisory activities in records management and achievements ().

In Chapter I, the thesis Student provides and makes clear the definitions that are used in the Thesis namely: definitions of “office”, “advisory activities”, “records management - achievements”. And at the same time, details of advisory activities for record management – ​​achievements are also mentioned.

Chapter 2: Actual situations of advisory activities in records management and achievements by the Office at Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (Herin after referred to as “the Ministry”).

In this Chapter, the Student provides more details of actual situations of advisory activities of the Office in the field of records management and achievements at the Ministry such as: reality of State Management advisory situations, the administration and execution of the operations in the Office's responsibilities.

Chapter 3: Advisory solutions in the operations by the Office.

On the bases of actual organization and management in the operations of the Office, the author proposes some immediate and long-term solutions in better performance of the advisory activities in records management - achievements by the, aiming at meeting requirements for leading and steering of the Ministry leaders in this period.

11. Applicability in practice:

- The research results of the thesis are the referential document that may be useful for the Office to have an overview of the advisory activities in records management - achievements.

- Appreciate the actual situations of execution of specific Governmental policies and documents in records management – ​​records at the Ministry at present; Accordingly, the following activities can be made:

+ Stating advantages and disadvantages of advisory activities in records management - achievements by the Office and at the Ministry.

+ Proposing some immediate and long-term solutions in advising this task at the Ministry and these are also responsibilities of the Office in the new period of development.

- Besides, if the proposals in the thesis are applicable to operations at the Ministry offices, they will not only save time but also costs for related activities. Moreover, staff and civil servants will be more aware of important documents, then they can take suitable mesures for management and achieves in the right method. Consequently, it will promote the development of management activities, making contributions to the overall development of the Agriculture and Rural Development Sector and of the entire society.
