10. Summary of the thesis results:

The thesis is divided into 3 chapters with the following contents:

Chapter I: This chapter studies and systematizes the general theory of job performance evaluation and KPI systems, and applies KPIs in job performance evaluation.

Chapter II: In this chapter, the thesis studies the construction of a Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) system for measuring the work performance of the Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, based on the theory of work performance evaluation and KPI systems.

Chapter III: Based on the Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) system developed in Chapter II, this chapter will apply it to evaluate the work performance of the Chief of Staff at the ministerial level.

11. Practical applications:

The research findings of this thesis can serve as a useful reference for the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in particular, and other ministries and agencies in general, in evaluating the performance of the Chief of Office position through the application of KPI systems. Furthermore, the research findings can be used as a reference in studies addressing the development and application of KPI systems in evaluating work performance within government agencies in general.

The thesis consists of three chapters, detailed as follows:

Chapter I: In this chapter, the thesis focuses on researching and systematizing general theory about performance evaluation and KPI system, and application of KPI in performance evaluation.

Chapter II: This chapter discusses the construction of key performance indicators (KPI) for Chief of Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the theoretical basis of performance evaluation and KPI.

Chapter III: On the basis of key performance indicators KPI developed in Chapter II, Chiefs of the Ministry Office are evaluated in terms of work performance.

The findings of this thesis can be useful references for the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in particular and other ministries and agencies in general in evaluating work performance of Chiefs of Office with the application of KPI. In addition, the results of the thesis can be used as reference material in studies related to the development and application of KPI in evaluating performance in state agencies in general.
