Firstly, the study has clarified the system of related concepts and applied theories to explain the activities to improve the level of commitment to learning of students at Hanoi Industrial Vocational College.

Second, the study analyzed and clarified the current status of the level of commitment to study of students at Hanoi Industrial Vocational College.

Third, the study has clarified the factors that affect the level of commitment to learning of students. On that basis, it proposes the role of school social workers in intervening - assisting students to participate in learning activities at school better.

Research on the application of the role of social workers in intervention activities - helping students solve their own difficulties, to participate in learning activities at school more effectively.

First, the research clarifies the system of definitions and the applied theories in order to explain the activities enhancing the degree of study commitment of the students in Industrial Vocational College Hanoi.

Second, the research analyzed and clarified the reality of study commitment of students in Industrial Vocational College Hanoi.

Third, the research clarified the factors that had impact on the degree of study commitment of the students. On that basis, the roles of social work staffs can be proposed to solve students' personal problems and help them take part in the study activities at the college with more effectiveness.
