Firstly, the study clarified the related conceptual framework and applied theories to explain the activities aimed at enhancing the level of learning commitment among students at Hanoi Industrial Vocational College.

Secondly, the study analyzed and clarified the current state of learning commitment among students at Hanoi Industrial Vocational College.

Thirdly, the study clarified the factors influencing students' levels of academic commitment. Based on this, it proposed the role of school social workers in intervening and assisting students to participate more effectively in school learning activities.

This research examines the role of social workers in intervening and assisting students in resolving their personal difficulties, enabling them to participate more effectively in their studies at school.

First, the research clarifies the system of definitions and the applied theories in order to explain the activities enhancing the degree of study commitment of the students in Industrial Vocational College Hanoi.

Second, the research analyzed and clarified the reality of study commitment of students in Industrial Vocational College Hanoi.

Third, the research clarified the factors that had impact on the degree of study commitment of the students. On that basis, the roles of social work staffs can be proposed to solve students' personal problems and help them take part in the study activities at the college with more effectiveness.
