Over the past 30 years, since the State implemented the Doi Moi (Renovation) policy initiated and led by the Party, along with socio-economic development, a series of social organizations have emerged and developed. This thesis focuses on clarifying the role of social organizations in institutionalizing the power of the people into law, as well as the exercise of the people's power in building the socialist rule of law state of Vietnam today. Based on this, it proposes solutions to further promote and enhance the role of social organizations in the process of renovation, integration, and promoting the people's right to self-governance.

In the past 30 years, the introduction of Doi moi innovation initiated by the Communist Party of Vietnam, and the country's socio-economic development has paved the way for social organizations. The thesis focuses on clarifying the role of social organizations in institutionalizing the power of the people into law as well as exercising the power of people in building the socialist rule-of-law state in Vietnam today. On that basis, the work will propose recommendations to promote and further enhance the role of social organizations in the process of reform, integration and promotion of the people's democracy.
