In the past 30 years, since the State implemented the Doi Moi policy initiated and led by the Party, along with socio-economic development, it has created the premise for a series of social organizations to be born and develop. The thesis focuses on clarifying the role of social organizations in institutionalizing people's power into law as well as exercising people's power in building the current socialist rule of law state of Vietnam. On that basis, solutions are proposed to promote and further enhance the role of social organizations in the process of innovation, integration, and promotion of people's mastery.
