The thesis has systematized the basic theoretical issues regarding information and propaganda in journalism, particularly establishing and clarifying the theoretical basis for the issue of voluntary health insurance in print media.
Through a scientific study and evaluation of the current state of information on voluntary health insurance in the press, conducted by surveying the content and methods of information in three newspapers—Nhan Dan, Lao Dong, and Tuoi Tre—this thesis has identified the strengths and weaknesses in the information dissemination regarding voluntary health insurance over the past period. Based on this, it proposes several solutions and makes recommendations to relevant authorities to improve the quality of information dissemination on voluntary health insurance in the future.

This thesis serves as a reference document for provinces and cities nationwide regarding voluntary health insurance, as well as for other sectors in utilizing the media to support and promote sustainable development in their respective fields.
