10. Summary of thesis results:
Based on the social policy of our Party and State on people with revolutionary contributions, the role of social work in social security policy, and the limitations and weaknesses in implementing preferential policies for people infected with toxic chemicals in Yen Lap - Phu Tho. Based on the purpose of the study on people infected with toxic chemicals and the reality in Yen Lap district, the author chose“Implementation of preferential policies for people infected with toxic chemicals in Yen Lap district - Phu Tho province”Conduct research to clarify theories and propose some solutions to implement preferential policies for people infected with toxic chemicals.
The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and a list of references. In chapter one, the author clarifies the general theory of preferential policies for subjects infected with toxic chemicals in Yen Lap district, Phu Tho province. The author has built a set of conceptual tools as a basis for the following research contents; in chapter two, the author focuses on clarifying the current status of implementing preferential policies for subjects infected with toxic chemicals in Yen Lap district, Phu Tho province. The characteristics and current issues are analyzed by the author through summarizing, investigating and interviewing to clarify; in chapter three, the author proposes a number of solutions for implementing preferential policies for subjects infected with toxic chemicals in Yen Lap district, Phu Tho province. Accordingly, the three basic solutions that the author focuses on are promoting the policy system, enhancing the role of forces and subjects, and mobilizing resources to participate.
From the perspective of Social Work, the author has discussed and proposed solutions on implementing preferential policies for subjects infected with toxic chemicals in Yen Lap district - Phu Tho province in the direction of increasing the ability of the subjects while creating conditions for the subjects to access social services. On the other hand, it is necessary to synchronously implement the solution contents, only then can we properly implement the Party's policies and State policies on people with meritorious services, helping to recognize, evaluate and build increasingly appropriate social policies to ensure social justice and national development.

Derived from the social welfare policy of the Party and the people of our country during the revolution, the role of social work in social policy, from the weak restrictions from implementing preferential policies treatment for those infected with toxic chemicals Yen Lap - Phu Tho. Based on the purpose of the study of objects contaminated with toxic chemicals and practices in Yen Lap district, the author chose "The implementation of preferential policies for objects contaminated by toxic chemicals in Yen Lap district - Phu Tho" due to research issue in order to clarify the theory and proposed a number of measures to implement the preferential policies for objects contaminated by toxic chemicals.
Topics include an introduction, three chapters, conclusion and list of references.
