Based on the social policies of the Party and State regarding those who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution, the role of social work in social security policies, and the limitations and weaknesses in the implementation of preferential policies for victims of chemical poisoning in Yen Lap - Phu Tho, and considering the research objectives regarding victims of chemical poisoning and the practical situation in Yen Lap district, the author has chosen..."Implementation of preferential policies for victims of chemical poisoning in Yen Lap district, Phu Tho province"This research aims to clarify the theoretical framework and propose solutions for implementing preferential policies for those affected by chemical toxins.

The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, and a bibliography. Chapter one clarifies the general theory of preferential policies for victims of chemical poisoning in Yen Lap district, Phu Tho province, and develops a conceptual framework as a basis for further research.
