Based on the social policies of the Party and State regarding those who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution, the role of social work in social security policies, and the limitations and weaknesses in the implementation of preferential policies for victims of chemical poisoning in Yen Lap - Phu Tho, and considering the research objectives regarding victims of chemical poisoning and the practical situation in Yen Lap district, the author has chosen..."Implementation of preferential policies for victims of chemical poisoning in Yen Lap district, Phu Tho province"This research aims to clarify the theoretical framework and propose solutions for implementing preferential policies for those affected by chemical toxins.
The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, and a bibliography. Chapter one clarifies the general theory of preferential policies for victims of chemical poisoning in Yen Lap district, Phu Tho province, and develops a conceptual framework as a basis for further research. Chapter two focuses on clarifying the current state of implementation of preferential policies for victims of chemical poisoning in Yen Lap district, Phu Tho province. The characteristics and issues of the current situation are analyzed through summaries, surveys, and interviews. Derived from the social welfare policy of the Party and the people of our country during the revolution, the role of social work in social policy, from the weak restrictions from implementing preferential policies treatment for those infected with toxic chemicals Yen Lap - Phu Tho. Based on the purpose of the study of objects contaminated with toxic chemicals and practices in Yen Lap district, the author chose "The implementation of preferential policies for objects contaminated by toxic chemicals in Yen Lap district - Phu Tho" due to research issue in order to clarify the theory and propose a number of measures to implement the preferential policies for objects contaminated by toxic chemicals.
