This thesis systematizes the theories of responsible tourism marketing in business. During the research process, the thesis analyzed and evaluated the responsible aspects of marketing activities at two hotels, Crowne Plaza West Hanoi and Intercontinental Hanoi Westlake, managed by IHG Group in Hanoi. Based on this, it identifies the difficulties and challenges in applying responsible marketing in the business of these two hotels. Simultaneously, it proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of responsible marketing activities at Crowne Plaza West Hanoi and Intercontinental Hanoi Westlake.

11. Practical applications:

Based on the responsible tourism marketing practices of the two hotels in this thesis, other hotels can apply responsible marketing activities to their business operations to an appropriate level, depending on their capabilities.

In the process of research, the research analysis and essays responsibility in marketing activities at 2 hotels - Crowne Plaza West Hanoi Hotels and Intercontinental Hanoi Westlake Hotels managed by IHG in Hanoi. On that basis, identify the challenges in the application of responsible marketing in these hotels. At the same time propose solutions to responsible marketing activities at Crowne Plaza West Hanoi Hotel and Intercontinental Hanoi Westlake Hotel achieve greater efficiency.

From the practice of socially responsible tourism marketing of the two hotels in this study, other hotels subject to their abilities that can be applied responsible marketing activities for business operations in the fit level.
