The main content of this thesis addresses the objective requirement of building a strong party membership within the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee. Based on this, the Provincial Party Committee has formulated policies and directed Party committees at all levels to implement the task of building a strong party membership throughout the entire Party organization. Through specific implementation from 2000 to 2010, the Party Committee's work in building a strong party membership has achieved many outstanding results, laying the foundation for new stages of development for the province.

In addition, the thesis also initially points out the limitations, causes, and some lessons learned to further improve the work of building the Party membership of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee, ensuring sufficient quantity and further improving quality in the new era.
