- An overview of rural tourism, including its concept, characteristics, principles, and the reasons for its development in Vietnam.
Based on analyses of Nghe An's tourism resources, the author clearly identifies the potential for developing rural tourism in Nghe An and proposes several appropriate solutions for developing this type of tourism there.
Based on surveys and assessments of tourism resources, as well as the model and stages of rural tourism development in Hoa Tien 2 village, and investigations into the current state of tourism activities and the aspirations of the local people, the author has analyzed the model and advantages and disadvantages of the current tourism mechanism. From this, solutions are proposed to develop rural tourism in Hoa Tien 2 in a sustainable direction, focusing on building a new management model and tourism mechanism.
11. Practical applications:
- Tourism management agencies in Nghe An province could consider applying the model proposed by the author to develop rural tourism in Hoa Tien 2 village in particular, and other locations with the potential and conditions for rural tourism development in Nghe An province in general.
- This thesis can be used as a reference document for students majoring in tourism.
