The topic "The need to use social networks of FPT University students" studies the need to use social networks of FPT University students in the current period, thereby covering the situation of using social networks of FPT University students. The research object is 300 students of the school, from the results of practical research, the topic has drawn the following conclusions:
In the current globalization trend, social networks play a very important role, it is like a trend of the times, the time of connection, the time of the "flat world". FPT University students are no exception, when they can connect everywhere with social networks, especially Facebook, Zingme, Twitter, Youtube, ... Realizing that the need to use social networks of FPT University students is quite high, pointing out the current situation of students using social networks, the need to use social networks of students, meeting the needs of students for learning as well as entertainment. Seeing the level and frequency of participation in social networks is quite large, taking up most of the time of students' activities and study, besides that, we also found out the factors affecting the need to use social networks of students including positive factors such as connecting with friends, chatting, sharing learning materials, announcing study schedules, exchanging with teachers, doing business but there are still negative factors such as sex chat, taking nude photos, sharing inaccurate information. From the above results, we have made some recommendations for network administrators to improve network connection, create more useful applications on social networks, and more strictly control websites that have a negative impact on young people, especially students. Schools and families need to encourage and care more about students, closely monitor and control their children's online time, and should create useful playgrounds for students to participate in social networks to raise their awareness.
11. Practical applicability: Help schools, families, network administrators and students themselves see the importance of social networks, come up with policies and methods for effective use of social networks. Raise student awareness.
