The thesis focuses on researching the characteristics and values of Japanese corporate culture in general and identifying and analyzing Japanese corporate culture in Vietnam in particular, thereby drawing some lessons from the Japanese corporate culture model that can be applied in Vietnamese corporate management at present.
Working with Japanese enterprises in our country is a good opportunity for us to learn and absorb valuable experiences in the business and management process of Japanese enterprises and skillfully and creatively apply the Japanese corporate culture model to Vietnam in order to promote the inherent advantages in our country's corporate culture to enrich the unique culture imbued with national identity.

The research results of the thesis can be used as reference documents, theoretical basis and fundamental factors for businesses to build a sustainable corporate culture.

This thesis focuses on the study of the characteristics and values of Japanese business culture in general and identifying, analyzing Japanese business culture in Vietnam in particular, from which to draw some lessons model of Japan's corporate culture that can be applied in business management in Vietnam at present stage.
Working with Japanese businesses in our country is a good opportunity for us to learn, to acquire valuable experience in business process management of Japanese businesses and use wisely innovative model of Japanese corporate culture in Vietnam in order to promote the inherent advantages in the corporate culture to enrich our national culture.
